St. Vincent de Paul Catholic Church

In honor of our Patron Saint, Vincent de Paul, parishioners are invited to join us this Sunday morning for a parish social following the 8 and 10:30 a.m. Holy Masses. Please join us for pancakes, sausage, breakfast casseroles and more. A blood drive will also be held. Please consider helping to save a life by donating blood.

Beginning October 4th, Exposition and Adoration of the Most Blessed Sacrament will be moving to Wednesdays. Exposition will take place at 5 p.m. and continue through confession times with benediction to follow at 6:15 p.m.

St. Vincent de Paul's 2017 Fall Picnic will be held at White Oak Park on Sunday, October 15th. Tickets will be sold the first two weekends in October and will be seven dollars each. Children five and under eat free. However, everyone in attendance needs a ticket for a proper head count. There is a thirty-five dollar maximum per family, that is for parents and their dependent children. The ability to purchase a ticket should not negate participation. Please speak with Father Adrian regarding any hardships.

We are introducing a new faith based program for our middle school girls, 6th -8th grade, called “The Rose Circle - Girls Growing in Grace.” The group is overseen by the Women’s Altar Rosary Guild and will be meeting once a month on Wednesday evenings at 7:15 p.m. starting October 18th. The girls will participate with various ministries and have opportunities to build relationships, earn badges for a variety of projects and service, and through their accomplishments will earn rewards. Please contact Eveline Eppers for additional information.

Continuing the spirit of our parish consecration, all are encouraged to make your own individual consecration to the Immaculate Heart of Mary. Starting October 22nd, we will be offering a six-week consecration class entitled 33 Days to Morning Glory. Class will meet on Sunday nights from 5:30 to 7:15 p.m. Please see the bulletin for further information and sign up on the poster located in the narthex.
